Sir what if si person A accused person B na ipapapatay daw siya ni B pero yung threat kinuwento lang daw po sa kanya ni person C. . Tapos si person B wala naman connection kay person A kasi di naman sila personally magkakilala at never naman silag kita in person nor usap call text pm. Sa pagkakaalala naman ni person B wala naman po siya sinabi kay person C na sinabi nya ito. Is person B still liable?
