I think the liquid index is going to be life changing for me! Let me tell you how - I am an empty nester with a lot of family nearby. My biggest issue is never knowing when others will show up for dinner. So dinner for 2 - what we call hash - kielbasa, fried potatoes and onions - a sauté. Family is coming! Add some sauerkraut and a good hearty bread (always on hand). Another set of family is coming! Don’t fry the potatoes first. Leave the sauerkraut, add some broth and a little cream. Sauerkraut soup! (Yes it’s a thing) Keep the bread and maybe add some crackers with cheese. No more stressing over who might show up when! Mind blown!

Ok, I made two meals this week from the episode. The first was the sausage and beans- so simple but SO delicious. It’s going into my regular rotation. I’ve been scared to make CYLC because of the whole 500 degree thing, but last night I bit the bullet. It was great. Sorry I doubted you Kendra, it won’t happen again 😆.

I am not a huge KZbin watcher, but I am obsessed with these! Also, you should pursue a partnership with spiceology. They are fantastic and it takes cylc up a notch in the ease category. I add the oil and maybe a fresh herb and a different amazing spice blend each time and it tastes totally different, even if I use the same veggies
