I think there is definitely a challenge in creating the story bank, especially for senior and I see two main hurdles: first is that NDAs might be in place that do not allow you to go deep enough into your most recent stories, and the second is that you may have good stories with details but older than 4 years. My approaches is that I write stories about different scenarios, as detailed as I can make them without breaking confidentiality, map them to the LP and do my best to present them. I usually record myself telling each story before the interview. The drawback is that you won’t have enough stories to capture each LP twice, but they will honest stories.
