To muddy up/tone down colors , mix in some of their opposite- Easy way to remember “complimentary” color pairs ( meaning opposites on the color wheel) Remember “ESC” (like the escape key on computer) E-Easter: purple/yellow S-Sunset: orange/blue C-Christmas: red/green Just my take (@ the lake) 😎

I'm not good at waiting...its a struggle for me. I peer at the project "are you dry enough to move on? No okay" wait some more" like a kid, 2 minutes later, "?now?" My husband asks why I start several projects..."those are drying and I still want to do more" 2nd grade art class I spilled an entire teacher size bottle of orange paint on me. This is going great. Are you trying to get the water out if that brush??? Have you ever watched Bob Ross? We all need paint shirts. I use the hubby’s old cotton shirts. In warm weather. I roll up the sleeves, pile my hair on top my head and wear just the shirt around the house. Very comfy and I can be liberal with paint and all sorts of messiness.
