Please suggest some exercises to me. I have below problem - MR imaging of lumbosacral spine suggests : At L4-L5 level: left paramedian discal extrusion causing thecal sac indentation, encroachment over left neural foramen and compression left exiting and indentation on left traversing nerve roots. At L5-S1 level: posterior disc bulge causing thecal sac indentation

Every time i try to incorporate lateral lunges into my Program, i get knee pain :/ any ideas how to fix this?

Perhaps try by not going all the way down and slowly increase the depth. Or try to build Bulgarian split squats first then move onto lateral lunges.
