Its not very stable and basically just looks like shoulder press with incorrect form. Just do lateral raises instead

It’s far better to do full range of motion reps. It looks like your only doing partial reps

I was avoiding directly training the lower back area. For for the last 6-7 month approx I have been doing deadlifts, back extensions, and seated good mornings twice a week with minor progressions - 95% healed and able to live life as desired again.

I’ve had tennis elbow for 4 months now. Recently started taking ibuprofen daily (still doing so) and doing the first exercise in the video (30 second hold and 10 second rest for 10 reps) once per day. I started with 3kg dumbbell. I felt 30% of pain when doing exercises. I got stronger within a week and was able to not use a bench or table and just hold my arm by my side while holding the weight. Another 5 days and I could hold the weight straight armed infront of me. Same amount of reps once per day. I’d say I’m almost better. I’ve upped the reps to 40-50 seconds. If I had 4 or 5kg weights I would definitely up the weight. Good look guys I feel your pain!

@AMRPhysiotherapy11 күн бұрын
The more serious thing in that area is a scaphoid fracture, so if any trauma and suspecting that, would make sure to get it checked out!
@Renxoq11 күн бұрын
@AMRPhysiotherapy it hurts when i press on it does it need to get checked or wait till it heals it might be expensive to get it checked up

Is that not more Hip flexer muscle, if you raise your legs? You have to grunch you upper Body to train Abs, or?
@AMRPhysiotherapy16 күн бұрын
Legs act as a lever, hip flexors work but so are abdominals if you engage them (prevent back from arching)

I have an issue with my left shoulder. IT IS NOT POPPING OR SNAPPING, AND IT ONLY CLICKS IN ONE MOVEMENT BUT IS NOT A CLICKING THING. Also, IT IS NOT PAINFUL BUT CAN BE UNCOMFORTABLE/DISCONCERTING SOMETIMES. It feels like it is a lot deeper within my shoulder, and it creates a deep sound like something rolling over something else. Potentially useful information: This has been going on for several years but has become more noticeable recently. Also, I am young and physically active. The movements in which this problem is triggered/comes to light are: .When lifting my left arm+hand over my head with my that arm abducted out to the side/elbows out to the side and then when bringing my arm back down to my side so that my left elbow touches my lower left lat. This is the most notable movement that it occurs in. .When my arm is at a normal 90-degree angle as if I'm shaking someone's hand and then externally rotating my arm at the elbow (while keeping my elbow locked into my side) so that my forearm is out to the side, and then back to that 90-degree handshake angle. .Location: I'm pretty sure it's where the shoulder meets the top of my arm. I can actually see something shift quickly in my shoulder during each of these movements, as if something inside is going over something else inside their too. This problem could be due to an injury that I can't recall happening and no longer hurts but has caused it to be like this. If anyone has an answer to this in terms of what it is/what it's called or what I could do to solve this (even if it's temporary), you would be helping me massively since this has been going on for years now. I don't know if it's effecting the way that my shoulder functions, and I don't want this to effect the activation, use, and growth of certain muscle heads in my shoulder, but I feel like it is. To be specific, I don't think the middle delt on my left shoulder is being activated/working properly when I do shoulder exercises in which the middle delt should be being used and eventually growing over time. My left shoulder looks completely different from my right shoulder when I abduct my arms out in front of me or to the side because there is a clear dip in (the middle of) my shoulder where the middle delt should be more prominent like it is in my right shoulder, which doesn't have this issue. My left shoulder's range of movement is still the same as my right shoulder, but I could be making it worse by continuing to put my left shoulder through these motions throughout the day without realising it. Instead, I may actually need to be focusing on fixing this issue first and making that the priority before continuing to use my left shoulder normally. I did use to play a lot of table tennis, so perhaps my right shoulder has become more used to/accustomed to going into difficult positions and has gained greater strength there and therefore the ability to move in greater ranges of movement without this sensation of things rolling over each other occurring, but regardless, these are needed/important ranges of movement that I should be able to do/use in both shoulders without experiencing this concerning sensation and hearing that deep sound of movement that I want rid of. I just want my shoulder to act/move and look normal again, and essentially for things in the shoulder rolling over each other to be gone. I copied and pasted this comment which I had left on another video. If someone could confirm/let me know for sure that this is the issue that I have described then that is all I need to know.

Thanks nice vid, will try these. I managed to injure myself getting off an adductor machine because I couldn't get my legs wide enough to release the weight and I was lifting the full rack! Part of my symptoms was pain when sneezing or coughing and an inability to do a sit up. Does that stack up?

Stop telling non sense.This form of exercise is more suited for those type of athletes who come from gymnastics,ballet or martial arts.Is not appropriate for everyday people.The hyperextension of spine is not something that normal people do everyday.I'm a ballet/ fitness trainer with 45 years experience.
