Gardening is an art and not everyone is gifted with it but everyone has the potential to learn it. I like your style and big thumb 👍142

Can someone please tell me what the plant is with the emerald green spikes?

A lot of people would do the same, but city council says one can not do anything on a council ground and they would remove any plants. So we need really the explanation as to how , where one can add vegetation in their surrounding. They even destroy something that totally has no reason to be destroyed, like daisies in the corner of two fences.

The railway should encourage everyone to plant out alongside track...instead of dumping rust, track items, and large mounds of railway track gravel just dumped in mounds, also occasionally the railways even pull out plantings. We should not have to ask it should be mandatory, esp in view of all the railway works being done ..
