Hana really was something extremely special. Glad to see Chris talk about her, she deserves to be remembered.

It's a heartbreaking story. Sadly Kenny Omega revealed the Joshi talent wrestling for AEW have been the victims of campaigns of online abuse. We need to get out of the mindset that public figures are fair game for abuse. Twitter, Instagram and Facebook need to do a hell of a lot more as well.

That’s horrible, man. Similar abuse like that caused Amanda Todd to take her life as well. It’s tragedies like this that make me hate social media and wish it never existed. The world would seriously be better without it.

All I hear are facts! 👏🙌🤩 I enjoy imagining a world where social media has yet to be discovered and people are interacting with each other. I know without a doubt that the world will only get worse but I won't let that stop me, or even bother me! We need to be hopeful no matter what. ✊😀

If Hana Kimura was alive today, she would have been a huge star whether it's STARDOM, AEW or WWE/NXT. Shout out to The Stardom Cast Podcast

Considering how loved she was by her fans and the wrestling community, I am surprised they didn't rush to defend her when the haters piled on the abuse. Or, maybe they tried as hard as they could to do just that, but it may have been overwhelmed by all the negativity hurled her way.

Hana was bullied throughout her childhood because she was mixed race, Japanese/Indonesian, I think. From what I understand Japan can be a very racist society. She was a bit of an outcast because of this. Possibly the outpouring of negativity during her time at Terrace House combined with a rough childhood was more than she could bear. Giulia, another Stardom wrestler who is Japanese/Italian suffered terrible bullying throughout her childhood in Japan. So much so that her parents had to send she and her brother to a private high school. Sad that nobody was able to talk Hana off the ledge before she made her final tragic mistake. All that aside......Check out Hana Kimura vs Giulia on the youtube Stardom channel. It is a killer match

Their rivalry brought me back to Stardom. Correct, Hana was Japanese and Indonesian, can't deny that she was a rare beauty. Combining that with her exotic personality made her a once-in-a-lifetime wrestler and human being, no wonder the 2 worked so well. Stardom should be grateful for the next half Japanese wrestler(s) that walks through their door. Their childhoods proved Japan is not only racist, but collectivist. They have a disdain for anyone who stands out or looks different, but what good is a society where everyone looks the exact same, just carbon copies of each other? It's not all of Japan, but it's a decent margin of them.

Terrace house was nothing like Big brother - at all. There were no competitions to stay in the house and there was no prize money at the end. It was a little like “the real world” if you have to compare to something.
