It's interesting to see all the comments blaming WWE or giving ricochet excuses as to why he doesn't get over, the entire reason he doesn't get over is the same reason Austin Theory, Carrion Cross and many others don't get over. You have to either believe in everything you do and say or have the ability to make the audience believe everything you do and say, otherwise you are and always will be at best a glorified jobber or a low tier mid carder who might be occasionally rewarded for working hard . Dominic Mysterio and Roman Reigns are the best examples of this because just over 4 years ago everyone booed Roman and nobody cared about Dominic, now Roman is the most marketable person in the entire industry and Dominic is the most hated in the industry all because they started making people believe what they were doing and saying and that is undeniable

And if they ever try Ricochet VS MJF. That's.. gonna hurt. Not the match, that'll be fine. But MJF will absolutely school and bully Ricochet in a promo.

Love Ricochet, and so did so many other WWE fans. That moment at the Rumble with he and Logan Paul, that was magic. But it sounds like he's been unhappy and feeling out of place for a long time in WWE. I respect him for leaving on his own terms. Even with Trips being in charge and being more creative, inventive, and allowing younger talent to shine, I feel Trips still didn't have much for Ricochet. I keep hearing about his inability to cut promos and now that I think about it, we didn't really see too much of Ricochet on the mic. He did some great things with Braun and had some great spots in some matches, but the direction that WWE is going right now, they are relying heavily on storytelling and dragging out the story. That requires drama, acting, and a bunch of other things aside from wrestling. It's kind of a mess in AEW but I feel he's better suited there. And it can give him a chance to decompress, let loose, and be himself and then figure out what he wants to do in 2-4 years when his new contract expires. Even if AEW uses him wrong (which they tend to do with former WWE talent), at least they'd use him.

He has an awesome physique, looks the part and can go in the ring big time. He has it all. He’s never truly gone heel all the way to the badass “Moxley” style gimmick. Black jeans and just go fu€k people up. He should join MVPs group tbh because he’s perfect for the breakup down the line.

They watch a brand and are loyal because they had DX t-shirts when they were children 😂. I saw the match you had in Mexico recently, top drawer. Most of these marks will have to Google it to find out what I'm talking about 😂. Like I always say some of the best wrestling in the world is rarely seen. Only people who have actually done it or any type of combat sport knows this. There is alot of talent out in the indies and small or private dojos. WWE brandbois please enjoy your brand, I'll enjoy pro wrestling wherever it takes place. P.S. Thank you Learning Tree for all you have done in this great sport.

Having to downplay your ability all the time must be infuriating, wwe needs to embrace who they sign and allow them to try and work their style into the match without worrying about who looks good and bad,the whole point of a fight is styles and being powerful is one example as is being quick or technical or in ricochet's case acrobatic, look at how they let Rey mysterio have his run,he was doing his stuff and the usually bigger opponent was doing theirs and it worked,it all comes down to how you put the match together and if it makes sense the fans will pop for both the high spots and the power spots,it seems like they try to micromanage things to control the narrative when as long as the match makes sense and tells a good story then fans are now fully aware of it being a work so you don't need to portray the illusion of a shoot by having the smaller wrestler or lower spot wrestler not being able to perform their best moves
