The story is good... but some things of the plot are hard to swallow. The MC's parents raised a useless prince despite knowing what he would face? What he would need to do? They literally threw a spoiled and weak brat to the wolves on freaking purpose without any reason or need... AND, the mother's ability to see the future was nerfed AF.

They are types of people who believe that fate and destiny are unchanged. When his mother foresaw that her husband would be someone who starts a war against the gods but not the one who ended it nor saw the end of it (meaning he would be dead), he calmly accepted it and said to his wife not to use her power anymore so she wouldn't be sad for something hasn't happened yet. From that, I assume they are such people, so they didn't do anything extraordinary because they believed their son could endure his destiny from what the wife foresaw.

Wu Geng Ji and the Westward very underrated donghua, i love it each character has a unique design and hair, many look macho manly and unlike other donghua wheres the male characters look too perfect beautiful like boyband members and have similar long wuxia hair which makes you confused to see the difference every character

But 9 out of 10, are beautiful and handsome. This story literally throws your own words in your face... The MC despite using the body of a slave, has good features. He could be in a band as well. While the dragon god could be highest paid model in the whole show. What a surprise, he is OP as f*ck. Beauty=Power.
