@@chikipichi5280 I think some people didn't like the change in hud and the action gameplay elements, personally I think it is a perfect engine and hope the remakes have this engine going forward. I think the next arc of games will have a brand new engine.

I loved True Reverie Corridor and Garden/Garten in Kuro 2, so this is great. Also, person playing said the names changed when using S-CRAFT, so i guess those are upgraded versions. 16:05 Oh, white hair customization for Rean as good as confirmed, great. His new S-CRAFT was hella cool, not exactly Luminous Abyss, but still cool, i guess it's a upgrade for his S-CRAFT from sen 3. Crow got done dirty though, Altina too. I guess orders are back too, kind of, as Shard Commands, this game's going to be broken like a twig day 1 by someone with all this lmao.

damn, i really love daybreak's battle system. 😩 you can either choose between turn-based and real-time battles (except in boss fights, obviously). i hope they continue this battle system to the future installments,especially in future remakes of the remaining trilogy of Trails in the Sky and Crossbell Duology. it is indeed a revolution

@@michaelrobosa146 to keep it relevant to the battle orbment technology they need to downgrade the combat system, as far as i know they keep the free movement when in combat, the field attack is just attack then straight going to battle, its been stated in interview, just look it up

@@michaelrobosa146it is confirmed not to be. One look at the trailer confirms this. Estelle hits the monster once and it immediately brings up the turn order. This is how Sky worked originally; touching a monster would immediately begin combat, and back attacks would give advantage. They’ve basically translated Sky exactly but added an attack button to differentiate characters.

I'm glad they're bringing back Orders, it adds an extra layer of tactics and worth to certain characters, even if they can be abusable and you end up using the same Orders most of the time.

Yeah, the more I see they evolve the system, the more I think they're getting to a point where they don't know how to evolve it without completely removing it either, changing it from what make the series so great. I think this may be ONE of the reasons why suddenly we went from "We're only 70% done" by the end of REverie to "We're 90% done" by the end of Kai, even if we have quite a few places to still see of Zemuria. I can't wait for more news on Sora no Kiseki Remake and I HOPE Falcom will do a multi platform release, to the very least outsorcing it to NIS to do them ports (because XSEED sucks at porting Falcom Games, sorry), or Falcom themselves port them games to all platforms. If they lock it into Switch, I doubt the series will sell half as much as it needs to be considered successful.

its been like this since daybreak 2 will feature the same system with new additions such as shard orders ,bltz or bltc which is supports can assist and a new time stop mechanic i dont know what its called yet . Quick arts was in daybreak 2 along with ex chain . Next it just reveal of what are the new characters and how they will powercreep. I think shizuna will also have her SU as a playable mode , i dont think they unlocked it thus far and if shizuna was already fun , you can be sure rean will be bonkers to play

As delusional as clueless. Lol. First of all, Rean and Kevin get their respective routes. And Kondo already mentioned that all 3 of these protagonists will be playing an important role in the eventual series' finale.
