How many VC's do they have to use to get this thing insured? Insanely fast sections. Here in the US some rallies are eliminating the fastest stages from events.
@janbo83313 ай бұрын
What do you mean by VCs? Also I'm quite sure the whole insurance system is different. Do you refer to the rally organizer's insurance or the FIA's? On what kind of claims? Spectator injuries?

Not so great. There's some stupid "virtual chicane". Time to end WRC. Leave it to Finns to screw up every sporting event. First they introduce those stupid corner pillars. Now some ridiculous, unsafe, virtual chicane where drivers have to look away from the road to drive at 60 kph for a while. You can already see the death of WRC since all the teams have pulled out. Maybe Toyota realizes this as well before next season and Kalle goes to drive a full season in the Porsche Cup or something.

@@bestcrazyboy8487 Are you saying that the forced 60 kph speed limit during the Ouninpohja section is false then?
@bestcrazyboy84873 ай бұрын
@@Xerdoz No, I’m not saying that. . Just be grateful for what WRC has to offer, the good old days of motorsport has gone. I haven’t been to watch a WRC stage since 2017 , I’m from Wales and miss it so much. Sorry for my ignorance though.
@jpuranen13 ай бұрын
Are you saying finns made the stages average speed rule? I think it was FIA. Those virtual chicanes and corner spikes are silly and stupid, you are right about that, but those are there just to keep the average speed lower..
