i'm pretty sure they're just borrowed tracks, since "barracks" has the opening track to disney's dinosaur, and the vine bridge fight had the httyd red death fight soundtrack

I have high hopes for this movie to be revived someday! If it is i am looking forward to watching this movie! I hope this movie gets picked up by dreamworks or another studio! And let the original animators finish the film. They can release it to netflix and make a dvd aswell! I have my fingers cross! Always!

Maybe, But it takes awhile for a studio to have interest in a cancelled film. I think either dreamworks or some other studio picks this up. I still have high hopes for this movie to be revived!

@@dat1_kiddplayz912 Agreed, I think dreamworks or another studio (Mostly dreamworks) would pick this up and let the original animators finish it. I still think we can get a chance of this being revived. Tuskers was an elephant movie from dreamworks in 2003 and then..Poof it was canceled 💀

@@ineedcoffee5108 It seems elephant movies are unlucky in animation - Aardmann had a movie called Mumbo Jumbo around the same time as Tembo was in production and that too seemed to fade from existance at some point. Tembo was in production for over 18 months before it was cancelled. It still had quite a way to go before it would have been realised as a film plus many millions of dollars needed to produce it. But as you say, never say never. It would have looked spectacular on the big screen.

I never asked, what is it with constantly changing pinkies gender? In the vine bridge reel pinky is a boy but here and some others he’s a she. Wha ya the deal with that? And also, why does sarge’s voice sound exactly like butu?

In what time period is the film set?

You know , I was never 100 percent sure. The first version of the film was set in India and I always saw it as 14th ,15th century but it could have been much earlier. The Chinese relocation of the film had mortar bombs in the battle on the ice so I checked. China invented firecrackers over 2000 years ago but but fireworks were only as a weapon much later , 13th 14th century. So in answer to your question - any time before the invention of the internet I would say.
