Why would the grey lady be in your room, she haunts the library. Perhaps she did not hate the library but rather loved the library so much she decided to stay and watch over the patrons. or she could hate it and decided to stay and cause mischief. I like how they talk about the grey lady being not a bad ghost just someone who was burned by circumstance.
