It had a great story, but the game was undeniably linear and segmented. You could only reach the 3 areas from the sky, and couldn't travel between them on the ground, nor were there warp options, like the whirlpools in ALttP, the whistle in the original, or the Ocarina songs in OoT and MM. Does that make it a bad game? No. But I am excited for the new game being a lot more open and bigger.

I would defiantly recommend wind waker but that game is a little difficult as at the end of game you have to find all maps then get the tri force shards which is highly annoying. However there are walk throughs. Wind waker is defiantly my favourite Zelda by far. The music is the best, the graphics, and I love the open sea and characters it's so adventurous. However if you are getting into the Zelda franchise you should probably get skyward sword first because it's pretty well a set story And easy to understand.

Link's Awakening 9. Four Swords Adventures 8. Majora's Mask 7. The Legend Of Zelda 6. Spirit Tracks 5. Skyward Sword 4. The Windwaker 3. Breath Of The Wild 2. Ocarina Of Time 1. Twilight Princess Nothing can beat wolf Link's howl from the Twilight Princess Intro and the wonderful choir at the background with Link and Epona galloping through Hyrule Field. It's absolutely gorgeous and I always get goosebumps.

hate on me all you want, but skyward sword is my by far favorite zelda game. I remember buying it back in 5th grade and being to excited to play it. I spent countless hours trying to finish it. It was the first game that i actually sat down to play. Four sword adventure wast the first game i played but i stopped after literally 10 minutes of playing it. Skyward sword personally has bad control, but just get used to it. Its soundtrack is the best music in any zelda game i have ever played. Just sitting down and listening to the music makes me want to cry from all of the memories it brings back. And the amazing and puzzling games along with the amazing gameplay just makes me go all fanboyish

Twilight Princess is so beautiful. If the game art was on the same level as Bayonetta 2 I think my eyes would have a permanent orgasm. I used to love just staring at the twilight barrier at night. Oh the memories. I haven't played Majora's mask or Skyward Sword yet thou. I really need to. I might as well just get the 3ds version of Majora's mask thou :D

Luis Segura It may not be canon and have a differing play style, but It's made up entirely of Zelda characters, and it's solely based around a Zelda storyline. No outside cameos or references. So to an extent, it IS a Zelda game. And it DOES count.

Skyward Sword, oh, boy, that was the game that came out and I played the demo for it! Skyward Sword has the best opening ever! Link between worlds!
