I highly doubt they would have made an entire follower mechanic just for a simple wolf link amiibo. In other words, I'm fairly certain that there will be followers in the game (dogs or people), and the wolf link amiibo just makes use of that mechanic to give us a cool optional companion.

As a Zelda fan and player of this game I am ashamed I just now watched this trailer for the first time. All I can say is, WOW. What an incredible job by the marketing team here. The music in these trailers, how it flows with the video sequences... just stirs up these strong emotions: empathy, despair, hope, excitement. Just incredible. This is the greatest game of all time and possibly one of the greatest marketing campaigns of any game.

To offer a differing opinion, No I'm not - I don't believe everything should be orchestrated for the sake of being orchestrated. Ever since SS, or arguably TP, their songs don't hold as an identity of their own: can you sing back the melodies you learned from those titles? (OOT and MM are strong contenders of holding their melodies across time.) The kookyness of the beedle shop theme, the spaceyness of the Astronomical Observatory, the Creepyness of Majora's incarnate battle - You lose every bit of the feeling by replacing the instruments with orchestration. But popularity of an opinion sells and that's fair tbh.

I hope this game gives us a teen rating like Twilight Princess. From what we knew of the plot itself it was going to be dark but with the shots from 0:53 to 1:01 it looks like some BAD stuff happens. All I'm saying is I want another Zelda game that can perfectly balance dark and creepy with light and happy, like Majora's Mask, and I think this can be it.

I think it's just 12 year olds that don't want to be seen as little kids or something, which I think is pretty cringy. Why not just put ratings aside and appreciate what the game actually has to offer? The ratings don't even make sense any way. Smash Bros Melee was given a T rating for no apparent reason besides the amount of violence every other smash game has.

Dominic Miller well, the Rito evolved from the Zoras after Hyrule flooded, in reaction to it in fact, so it'd make sense if they evolved even further since, given the draining takes a long time. If they are descendants of them, then I really don't see this being in any timeline besides the Wind Waker one.
