In Castle Town, there's an old dude by the name of Charlo hanging out near the east exit (Wii) just north of Purlo's tent. When you speak with him, he'll ask you to donate. By giving him 1,000 Rupees, you'll be rewarded with a Piece of Heart.

You'll appear down near the Sanctuary along with Malo. After shooting two relatively easy targets, Talo will yell at you to shoot a pole at the corner of the high building. Just aim carefully at the corner of the building itself, pull the bowstring all the way back, raise your cross arrow a bit and release. Malo will gift you with a Piece of Heart in reward.

Just look at the Minimap in the Eldin Province, you should see a red circle highlighting where to find him. If you haven't restored the Eldin Bridge, you may have to go back around, but you can still get to him. There should be a little cave.

I prefer LinkxZelda, and feel that their connection is far superior then Link's was with any other girl he's ever met, in every game. Especially in OOT, when he returns to visit her at the very end after the credits roll. I always theorized that he ended up being a soldier of the castle, and lived his adult years at her side.
