📋 INGREDIENTS:
Dough:
20 g fresh yeast (0.7 oz)
250 g milk (1 cup)
80 g sugar (1/3 cup)
500 g all-purpose flour (4 cups)
1 egg
80 g butter (1/3 cup)
1 teaspoon finely grated zest of a lemon
Filling:
50 g softened butter (1/4 cup)
50 g coconut blossom sugar (1/4 cup)
2 tsp cinnamon
Molding:
150 g powdered sugar (1 1/4 cups)
2 - 4 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp water
Bake:
At 160°C (320°F) for 25 minutes, circulating air
Baking pan:
Diameter of 26 cm (about 10 inches)
