I love G does trains, she's such a character of a girl, fun to watch & very informative on her locations.❤

You're a real free spirit and it's heartwarming to see. When I was at school I used to spend all my free time riding around on trains (mostly 158s even 20 years ago - so I get it!) and exploring my world. But I abandoned it so I could try and fit in better, that was a terribly flawed way to think in retrospect, I would urge anyone to take a leaf from your book and not mine! I have started exploring again though, now in my 30s, and loving seeing the same trains running well, several dozen paint jobs later! Great production values on the videos too by the way!

Your humour and randomness brightens up these gloomy days and the scenery is good too. Best of all you can tell you are having fun travelling around and making them. I learnt something new about Hebden Bridge too, I'll have to pay more attention to the folk next time I go there.

Hebden Bridge Railway Station is a living replication of a Lancashire and Yorkshire Railway Station of the pre-BR era, there is a cosy little cafe "The Coffee Station" at the Manchester end of the Leeds platform, just the right place to visit before heading off to explore Hebden Bridge town

Hey G, I'm one of them walkers. Not the ones that you filmed on your day out, more on a regular (fortnightly) basis. The group I'm with were in Hebden Bridge last Sunday and we went to Hardcastle Crags, Gibson Mill and down those steep steps that you walked down. The river that goes from Gibson Mill into Hebden Bridge is called Hebden Water and so any of those bridges that cross it could be titled Hebden Bridge. As you said, it's a fabulous place. Keep up the great work. Byzee bye.

Hello again Glovestrains. Just wanted to say thanks for taking us on yet another nice journey. Hebden Bridge is one of my favourite places in Yorkshire, the Railway station looks like it's not change since the day it opened (love old stations like that) too. Lovely little village town with lots of canal towpath walks too which I enjoy myself. On another note, hope you manage to find your true love soon, you deserve a bit of happyness to go with your interesting hobby. All the best my lovely, stay Safe and look after yourself. From. Hebden is one of the most beautiful towns in England only in this part of the world do you get that mixture of gorgeous Yorkshire country side with the `Dark satanic mills` of Victorian Industry dropped on top . Smoke stacks ,mills railway viaducts and Methodists chapels To cut a long story short in the 1970s there was to be a massive pop /folk festival at Krumlin ( near Hebden ) Imagine Woodstock shoe horned in to industrial northern England , hippies , stoners , artists came from all over the world but the concert was a wash out due to very bad weather ,at the time Hebden had almost 30 textile factories all closing down locals were moving out to the cities to find work leaving these beautiful cottages and 3 or four floor terrace houses empty - so the hippies moved in and squatted and gave these buildings new life a radical and unpopular move back then but an act that prevented whole scale demolition of the town. Hebden Bridge is a very cool ` in ` place but not in that fake way Brighton has become it has a massive vegan presence both in people shops and cafes ,more traditional real ale pubs with the standard `pub grub` faire I wont say it has a strong lesbian presence to me its just women who are gay going about their lives that just happen to be gay the place just has a lovely laid back vibe ideal for a family day out or intermate dinner date , dont forget to visit the tiny hamlet high up above Hebden called Heptonstall with its famous ruined church and the `coiners ` scandal - well worth the walk oh and the `Stubbin Warfe` pub where the writer Ted Hughes wrote his god awful poetry !
