I have been practicing something because I always have to reply to what someone's saying because I don't want them to feel unheard and invisible but sometimes it's really draining and tiring esp with a certain friend of mine eg everytime they talk I always count 1-5 in my head. 9/10 they reply themselves or they jump into another topic.
