Believe whatever you want, however, if you claim the earth is 2000 years old, and try to ram religion into schools claiming dinosaurs and mankind rode together or whatever your book says, we have a problem. Scientific evidence from evolution and geology shows the earth is much older. If there is a creator behind it, so be it, and if the evidence shows that - great - but there is no evidence to suggest that.

I was making a generalization and used some examples from another religion. 4: yes, or with sensors/observations with scientific equipment. We know our eyes/etc. fool us, so we go by the data that is generated by equipment. We measure things.
