Wow this is almost as good as the movie! So sad she had the absolute HELL of a childhood…severely neglected and abused by old men and her older brother, while mum DID NOTHING. No one did, she had no chance to grow up to a better life. Too sad! 🤦‍♀️ She was hard of hearing and seeing and struggled at school but still attended and tried hard, even though no one knew or diagnosed these things until she was teenager! 🙆🏻‍♀️

The ultimate betrayal for her is to have your lover testify against you 😅

I feel bad for her.the society didn't treat her well so she didn't learn to love and treat the others well.

Well my opinion is,she is not first and not last who was not treated by society good ,not first or last who had abusive home ,alcoholic parents or been sexually abused ,come on! I was sexually abused by my adoptive father .. is that a excuse I would go and kill different innocent men? No! She was deliberately standing on the streets ,hitchhiking and make the men believe she is after sex and when they try something she killed them ,to get revenge on her abusive childhood or society ? Sorry no excuse

Yes, she was a monster. But still, I feel sorry for her. She really had no chance from birth.

Whoever is playing Wuornos’s role in this video (not Charlez Theron although she portrayed her brilliantly) definitely needs acknowledgement. She definitely played the character well.

My mother lived in extreme poverty but she was NEVER a Ho and never murdered anyone! Aileen was Sick and Evil. Instead of going to School to be trained for a Career she preferred to be a Ho, because it was quick and easy money.

I don't believe she was a psychopath. Borderline, delusional, schizo affected, yes. She cared too much about her girlfriend, psychopaths don't do that. I have always felt sorry for her. She didn't deserve the life she had.

So you say she didnt deserved the death for killing innocent men ? Would making excuses for killers now?

Weird how many people feel like she did nothing wrong. Granted the guys who raped her deserved it in my opinion but the others didn’t.

Yes she was a killer but it's more than just that. Her upbringing & surrounding never taught her well mentally which is why she lashed out at will. Very simple you have great influences in life it helps lead to a good path. You have bad influences it leads to destruction.

I think she was a product of her horrible childhood and chosen lifestyle of a lady of the night. She did care about her girlfriend, but really hated men because of their mistreatment and betrayal against her. If she were a stronger person she would have changed course. Unfortunately, she did not.

I don't think it is possible to find out why, maybe what event or at what point that made someone turn to be a killer, but not why. There are too many factors and we really don't have a good enough understanding of the human psyche. Everyone is different, in how much one can take, some events make you stronger, while other events break you. I believe all those events can be embedded in someones genes and they are then transferred when they get a child.

Taxpayers have every right to see criminal trials. It's no more "entertaining" than what you're doing, watching this. And thank goodness defendants in the US have a right to be tried by a jury of their peers or a bench trial. In most countries, your case will be heard by a judge alone in countries run by tyrannical despots so you'd better hope that the judge hearing your case is not in a bad mood! No one will ever be any the wiser because no one will see your case being played out. Btw, which country do you hail from that affords you to speak w/such an air of superiority?
