I have 4 Adult kiddios & I told them at a young age " if anyone touches you in your private areas, please tell me right away".. it makes me really upset when they use that " oh she was molested as a child". If you're a parent & have been sexually abused & have had 4 healthy children, it's ok to tell your kids at a young age ' it's not ok if an adult touches you in your private areas.. there's no excuse!! Growing up 1 in 4 females experienced SA, and it was usually a known person to the family or a member. Back in the 1960-80's we rarely spoke up, but we knew it was wrong and hopefully sought therapy or a way to deal and heal.
