Billy Beck is the reason why the Ohio Players became my favorite group in 1975 and to this day. Billy played the grand piano, ARP Odyssey synthesizer, Hammand B3 Organ with the 122 Leslie speaker, Fender Rhodes 88 suitcase, and the Hohner D6 Clavinet.

Billy Beck wasn’t an original member of The Ohio Players. He joined the group in 1974. However he is one of the best known members from their heyday in the 197’s.
