So sad. What a wonderful life she had, and so talented. I remember Trent and Hatch when they were in Australia, and then they disappeared. How distressing for her to have all her life's work ignored.

RIP Jackie, what a sad end for someone so talented and seemingly so poorly treated professionally.

I always find something interesting on this channel. I knew that she and Tony Hatch were married, but didn’t know about the acrimonious divorce. Hatch also produced the Searchers at Pye.

Jackie's Pye catalogue is a treasure trove of great tracks. Her Oriole cover Of Mary Wells' The One Who Really Loves You is one of the best ever UK Motown versions.

I always learn something new by watching this channel. You gave a lesson about the Commonwealth mentioning Cyprus, Australia, and South Africa. I never knew she helped Petulia who sadly wasn't appreciative. Last week I watched a video of Judy in Disguise with Glasses and it dawned on me that you should do an episode about John Fred. He was from Louisiana and a Cajun. I've been to Newcastle. It looks like Pittsburgh.

Just got in now that is a sad story but things like that do happen you have a good idear and someone puts it out as theirs most annoying but she had the added sadness of it being someone she loved? Divorces are nit good for your health as I know all to well. Thank you for that although sad it was interesting as always ❤❤❤

Songwriters Hall of Fame should be ashamed of themselves. Quite disgusting man Hatch. And he was married to Jackie. Abuse. Women were so abused in the 60’s and 70’s. Jackie should be given a posthumous induction. Do you agree music lovers? Start the Campaign….

So she married the guy who cheated her out of songwriting royalties and was incapable of faithfulness in marriage? Love is strange.
