Imo big pun was Latino biggie he saved hip hop around when everyone was flashy and glamorous big pun brought that gritty hardcore lyrics back in the mainstream and he was a top MC in 1998 same with DMX so happy that both DMX and Big Pun saved hip hop around 1998 since Tupac and Biggie died and X and Pun made a amazing comeback and should get their props for their impact and lyricism and authenticity in their music.

i saw him at the puerto rican parade in NYC. I remember how sad it was for me to see him struggle with breathing throughout his performance. He was one of my favorites and definitely one of the goats. I still listen to Capital Punishment til this day
