I think since both Asami and Korra fell in love with Mako before falling for each other means they are both bisexual than homosexual. Not a surprise when you consider Kyoshi is one of Korra's past lives and we know she was bisexual because she fell in love with her fire bender companion who was a girl, but had a a child so she had to had at least a relationship with a male. Heck even Kaya confirmed in the Legend of Korra comics that Kyoshi was bisexual.

I think korra losing her connections to the past avatars was the worst choice the show made it was one of the most interesting aspects of avatar and made some of the best scenes in the original show and they also did little to nothing with such a heavy part of the show besides korra sometimes getting bummed she couldn’t talk to aang

It was definitely not a smart choice, but remember this! When Gaang visited The Southern air temple, Katara went to this room with all statues of the avatars. As you could see, there was only one spot left for a statue. That was for Aang. So they had a valid point of letting her lose the connections to her past lives. Since there was no room for a Korra statue. But my opinion is definitely with you. They shouldn’t have let her lose it.

Strong disagree. All the avatars have shortcomings and tribulations that ultimately shape the world for better or worse. Kuruk spent his life protecting Yangchen's image. Roku prolonged the fire nations attacks on the world. Aang defeated the fire lord and helped end the war. Korra helped elect and dethrone various politicians. Her inaction always threatened warring lol.

But they were too stuck in their ways of just four elements and didn’t think about other benders. Meanwhile in a small village in a remote part of the earth kingdom, lived an exceptional sand bender named Genji. He doesn’t know it, but he is the real avatar, but because Korra had her link severed, her past life wouldn’t be part of Genji. Edit: so it wasn’t a heart attack, it was a sudden explosion caused by terrorists (I forget their name)

Korra is one of the best avartars of all time or in some peoples eyes is the best of all time out of 100 hundreds of avartars I did not like her arraogance and she acted very childish and stubborn and their was no character development from Korra she still remained the same throughout legend of Korra even aang acted more of adult from a very young age than korra lol but I respect how much of a strong will and showed so much determination and is one of the most skilled avartars in history defiantly without a shadow of a doubt she had one of the toughest eras in avartar in history some of it was her fault for opening the spirt portols and because she lets her emotions rule her poor judgement

The writers really shouldn't sever her connection with the past avatars honestly. I lowkey hope that if we ever get a new avatar, they'll reveal that the avatar cycle actually still continues, but unfortunately Korra was missing from the cycle (a.k.a she become a missing link), so the new avatar wouldn't be able to connect with her, but still able to connect with all the other avatars before her, and restoring her back to the cycle will be one of the main plot point for the new avatar
