One of my all time favorite cats, also I think it's interesting that her mother, her and brokenstar are all described as having broad, flat snouts, it's almost like they have Persian blood, which would be really cool.

One of my cats has a broad flat snout, bc she is a ginger cat, but one of her parents probably had pursion blood is what the vet said.

I love yellowfang, she was definitely one of my favorite characters from the first series and she had such a hard life. She has such a wonderful life. Do you think you could do firestar and Graystripe next. Ps: I like your videos your voice is so good for narrating.

@Dawnwing: Firestar will be a super interesting story and here are some suggestions for future videos! .Dovewing. Reason? She is my fav character. No other reason. Although I really do like her story. .Harestar. The newish windclan leader is not spoken about enough and I would like to hear his story .Bristlefrost. The main protagonist for the Broken Code who I think was done absolutely DIRTY in the last book. .Heatherstar. The Windclan leader before Tallstar who was for some reason described as ‘pink’? .Echosong. The first Med cat of the modern Skyclan And finally: .Sandstorm. She was one of my favourite characters and I liked her a lot, although she became sort of dull after the first series.

I don’t understand how Yellowfangs curse/power would make her a medicine cat? She feels the pain of the cats she’s treating, so it would make her not focus. Sure it wouldn’t help a warrior, but it wouldn’t help a medicine cat either.

All the pain she would feel from the other cats would overwhelm her immensely. For example, if all of ShadowClan (pre-Brokenstar) were to feel different pains at once while in battle with, say, WindClan, Yellowfang wouldn't be able to move, causing her to be a sitting duck to the WindClan warrior in front of her. And unless that WC warrior stopped to see that she was helpless and had compassion (not totally likely since battle), they would be able to use that to their advantage and eliminate her, causing Raggedpelt to be sad.

Later, in OoTS, she kills Brokenstar (again) before he can attack Firestar. In my head, I always thought of this as she was disowning her son she birthed, for the son she raised. Even though she never nursed Firestar, she was a big part of his early years up until she died. Which makes the whole thing all the more sad.

Do you have sources for all the art featured? I've seen so much art here that I'm fascinated with, I recognize some of it as manga art and book covers but there's some art (like the black and white super stylized ones) that I don't recognize

A lot of people really hate Yellowfang after OOTS but I still love her. Yes she made a lot of mistakes as a starclan cat but she was overwhelmed by the fear that her son might destroy the clans. It doesn't make some of the things she did right but in the end, she got a hold of herself and killed Brokenstar for a second time. I found it all pretty interesting.

Tip: don't do spaces in warrior names, as that means your referring to the OLD, old clans, when the clans were brand news. Old cats had spaces, for example (River Ripple) expect clan leaders though.
