I v been to Long Mynd and minton batch few times, no matter how dry it is Minton batch is in summer you still get wet! in mountain biking its all fun and games on downhill but life gets serious on the uphills lol

Nice video. I rode a popular trail through the forest here in Washington state a few days ago. It was too dark so I wasn't wearing sunglasses. I slid on loose dirt going around a corner and went right into a sharp branch, which sliced open my eyelid and nearly gouged my eyeball. I'm OK now, but mountain biking can be dangerous. I recommend always wearing safety glasses or goggles.

Good point. Helmet, glasses, gloves. I never ride without a helmet. Glasses…it depends to be honest. I’ be had quite a few injuries but nothing really serious.
