Thanks for information! I am HLAB27 positive but i dont have autoimmune condition they did inflammation blood tests, XRay, liver, kidneys everything is fine. But i have uveitis in one eye and currently on second flare up after last one a year ago.

I wish I never was HLA B27 positive. Extremely severe AS has ruined my life.

I have been battling mine for months and the only thing that helps is steroids. I am hla B27 +, rheumatoid doc said no AS, but that i was hEDS +. Struggling so much :( thanks for sharing info!
