I’m gonna be honest 1. I absolutely loved “Mufasa: the lion king” , saw it 3 times and loved each viewing 2. If they do make an adaptation of Simba s pride set after the end of “Mufasa” , I’m down for that. 3. The idea of other animal villains is a cool concept .

Tbh I really have a better idea for like a mufasa origin but like animated So basically the villain would be the mandrills,rafiki would be apart of those mandrills but he betrays them and joins the lions and tries to get a plan to defeat them with ahadi,Uru,taka and mufasa But after mufasa and Sarabi start liking each other taka decides to give himself a scar which starts bleeding and every drop of blood that drops is leaving a trail right to where the pride landers plan is gonna be,taka goes to the mandrills and plots something,as soon as the pride landers plan is starting the mandrills beat them to it trapping them in a cave with a rock blocking them,taka with the roar of the elders is gonna roar the whole cave away which would kill them,but luckily mufasa and sarabi weren’t in the cave yet and manage to pin down scar,but then the mandrills get ready to fight,mufasa pulls the rock away from the cave and let’s his family go and they start fighting,with their pride and with their mandrills,it’s a brawl similar to the ending of the 1994,eventually the leader of the mandrills is stabbed and everyone is in shock and stops fighting,the mandrills are banished and taka is now named scar,not just because of the scar on his face,but the scar that taka left on his face symbolising his betrayal

These characters you’re proposing for future TLK movies also sound like they would be good for a fanfiction universe too. The hyena, a crocodile with hippos loyal to him (both species are equally dangerous) and a vulture sound intriguing. These characters would be good jumping points for me to use to create OCs. My ideas for the future of the franchise you already covered it. I never heard of the vultures idea but I don't seem to like it. The Lion King 1 and 1/2 I agree with you they should not do that I am upset that one of the writers on the Mufasa mentioned he was going to pitch that to Disney I am so mad about that. I liked the Lion King 1 and 1/2 hour but I don't want to see it in live action. I also agree with you on Lion King 2 Simba's Pride. I really want to see a remake of that. That's the only remake I care about. If you're going to do lion guard or Timon and Pumbaa et cetera blah blah blah keep it animated but I think a live-action Lion King 2 would be okay I really want to see it. As you said it could have done some rewrites and maybe this is their opportunity to rewrite it a little bit and make the live-action better than the animated Lion King 2 Simba's Pride. That's what I would pitch to Disney so badly that I would stop whoever is doing one and a half just to get the Lincoln 2. That way we have three live action movies of three different generations. I also agree with you, I've only said this idea a couple times I've been mostly talking about The Lion King 2 with other people but occasionally I did bring up the idea of making Mufasa into an animated cartoon. I think they should do that because I agree, it would be a lot better. I like the storyline. My ideas for the future of the franchise are literally three of them. All three got mentioned in your video so there's nothing on my own opinion that I can share. We have the same common ground except for the vultures thing and from what Mufasa set up I don't like the idea of making an entire different sequel. I want to see Simba's pride and I'll be disappointed if they do a whole different direction. It's three ideas against two though so I think we pretty much have mostly the same mind.

Having a different a villain is like making a book into a movie with important mess ups like "This character isn't the one who went through the trauma, this other character did" and the trauma is totally different. I came up with names for my OC villains. The crocodile is Gustave, named after the biggest Nile Crocodile on record. I’ve named his hippo lieutenant, Adhama, after a hippo at the Dallas Zoo that died in 2018. The vulture is named Pin, who is named after a vulture that was killed in his enclosure at the Dallas Zoo by an unknown assailant. I don’t have a name for the hyena yet but I do want it to be female since the hyena leaders are females in real life. A female hyena warlord would make for an interesting villain.
