The scene with Mufasa appearing to Simba in the clouds in the movie and in the musical stage play gets me in tears every time. I cry all the time when I watch the film because it reminds me of my father. My father was just like Mufasa when ever disobeyed him and yet I must say I learned a lot of from my father. I miss this era of Disney and Traditional Animation so much. Hans Zimmer is almost singularly one of the biggest reasons that The Lion King became, Disney's best animated film of all time! The animators themselves also proved that you can make a masterpiece without live-action actors! This movie is very special to me because it was released during a very tender time in my childhood. My father had died a year prior to its release so in a lot of ways I feel very much like Simba. I wish Disney would do another animal film in the footsteps of The Lion King, Bambi, The Jungle Book, The Fox & The Hound. A film set in the arctic with wolves, polar bears, orcas, snowy owls, snow hares, moose, penguins, and arctic foxes. It can loosely be based on Homer's The Odyssey and focuses on members of a wolf pack trying to make it back home to reclaim their territory and pack from an evil treacherous wolf that has taken over the pack while at the same time crossing orca infested waters, dodging poachers, and trying to evade a rogue one eyed polar bear.

Reason why Lion King is better than Frozen is because the Lion King not only appeals to kids but adults also. I've watched this as a kid and now a young adult and realizing there are so many adult jokes 🤣

Man I used to hate 90s clothing styles, but watching this video I really like what people are wearing in the interviews. I kind of hope 90s styles come back again. Our clothing styles today are too bland and uniform. The clothing people wore in the 90s was so colorful.

It's crazy this movie is as old as me, I wasn't even 4 months old when this came out in June of 94, I was born that February! Damn I feel like an old man, granted I'm only 23, but still the nostalgia flooding right back in with childhood memories. It's even better because I have always credited this movie as being one of those deeply inspiring movies as a kid, I'm an avid cinema lover, and The Liong King was one of the first movies to make me fall in love with movies and how they really can touch our hearts and souls as humans. Even better like many of the 90s Disney films TLK is one of those movies that has many deeply moving attributes and meanings for life. Compared to the new 3d computer generated animated movies these days that don't connect the same way, in my opinion, I always go back to some of the best classics TLK, Tarzan, Mulan, etc. the Renaissance era of Disney, the era from 89-99 had some of the best animated movies to date as far as I'm concerned. Even funnier some of my favorite actors I never knew were a part of TLK like James Earl jones as Mufasa, seriously I never knew he was both Vader and Mufasa, 2 of my favorite movies growing up Star Wars and TLK can be attributed greatly to him, which is awesome. Also never knew it was Nathan Lane as Timon, he's great I've become a fan of his recently due to guest appearances of his on Modern Family, even Woopie Goldberg, and Cheech Marin as 2 of the Hyenas, and we can't forget Jeremy irons as Scar! It's crazy to know that I became fans of them years later and then realize oh shit well they were all part of that amazing film, the classic ironies of life!!! This will be one of those great movies that will live on in infamy, whether you're 6 or 60 it don't matter everyone young and old alike can love this movie when I have kids when I get older this'll be one of those films to teach them the true meanings of life!!!
