Uyghur (turkic) food has so much influence on north indian mughlai cuisine that when I was in China, I'd go with my Pakistani and Central Asian friends to Uyghur restaurants.. they would go there for halal/no pork food, and I would for remembering what food at home tasted like 😊

Suggest you look these cuisines up on youtube, you'll see they are the same 😊 Of course, i didn't say Uyghur food came from Indian food. I meant Uyghur (Turkic) food is also a part of Indian cuisine because of our history with Turko-Mongols.
