Today we try out Uyghur cuisine! The Uyghur Muslim community is found in North-Western China and their food therefore takes a lot of inspiration from Middle Eastern, Turkish and Chinese cuisines. We try out lagman (handmade noodles), gosh yangyo (crispy potato with cumin lamb), and kawap (lamb skewers). They also do a range of other dishes including polo, sangza, manta and samsa you can try!
