Everyone, I have some sad news. Today it was announced on Anime News Network that Marina's voice actress, Kirsten Bishop, passed away from lung cancer. She was only 50 years old. :( Let Marina's song be now dedicated to her memory. RIP Kirsten, a great voice actress. ;_;

She was the voice of Zoizite in the English dub of Sailor Moon...one of the oddest choices made as I've seen the original Japanese and the new Viz media dub and in those he was a male that was gay.

Yes, her death was quite tragic. But the story teaches us a moral. To do what's the right thing, no matter what and follow your heart. owo Plus, when she dies, the mermaid's act is taken quite well by the angels. There she she becomes the daughter of air. For her actions were favored among the angels. There she will have the chance of obtaining a soul by doing good deeds and eventually make her way up to the kingdom of the lord.

@narutocardnerd , The cover is completely different from anything in the movie, it's called: The Little Mermaid - Based on Hans Christian Andersen's Classic Tale (UAV Corporation), if you want to type it in and get it online. Otherwise if you live in the US you can find it in many dollar stores.

This totally beats Ariel's own "Ahhhh ahhhh ahhhh" routine anyday! lol. I've got this on DVD thanks to eBay,but not sure if its a burned copy or if it ever has released on DVD as of yet. Needless to say,the seller is now banned from eBay yet I still feel honored to even own a copy at all....yays for Marina AKA "Princess Mermaid!"(Marina is known as "Princess Mermaid" to the Prince which I find kinda typical yet acceptionally fitting just the same.)
