The boys find Alfalfa (Bug Hall) in the company of his sweetheart Darla (Brittany Ashton Holmes), on a boat for a romantic rendez-vous. However, he is forbidden to be in love with a girl, because it goes against club rules. Alfalfa invites Darla on a picnic, and to prove his devotion to her, he agrees to have the picnic inside the clubhouse. Unbeknownst to Alfalfa, his fellow club members find out about his plans.

What’s the The Little Rascals movie about?
Spanky, Alfalfa, Buckwheat, and the other characters made famous in the Our Gang shorts of the 1920s and 1930s are brought back to life in this nostalgic children's comedy. Although the setting is the present day, the characters remain much the same, down to their membership in the He-man Womun Haters Club. When Alfalfa (Bug Hall) starts to question his devotion to the club's principles after falling for the beautiful nine-year-old Darla (Brittany Ashton Holmes), the rest of the gang sets out to keep them apart. An attempt to win the grand prize in a go-cart race also comes into play, providing opportunities for physical comedy, while Darla's and Alfalfa's story trades on the humor of innocent puppy love.

Many, *many* former child stars advocate against these sorts of movies, because of the poor treatment, abuse and predatory behavior of the adults they are forced work with. The parents of kids like this are often willing to ignore predators for their shot at fame and wealth. It's very sad. Read Jeanette McCurdy's (iCarly) book, "I'm Glad My Mom Died" for a typical example of this.

I stayed at this like teen behaviour and drug rehabilitation place when I was 15 for two weeks it had other types of kids too ones with disorders and such well this one mentally challenged kid literally the only thing he watched was Little rascals on replay all day everyday lol this was his favorite movie and he didn’t watch anything else you’d walk by is room you’d see through the window little rascals was playing no matter what time of the day lol.
