no?? idk where you're getting that from. Luminosity wouldn't touch anything made by the cirque TOs with a ten foot pole being real. Unless you just mean lumirank. Which is also not entirely true, Luminosity just provides the lumirank people with money to make the rankings. All the lumirank guys don't even get paid enough to do this for an actual job, and, like with pgstats before it, they got an entire exit clause in the contract if luminosity tried doing something shady. They run independently for like every bit of the process

Out of curiosity, what was the loophole that allowed all 3 Litvitationals to be counted as majors for ranking points?

pre-locals don't count for rankings, but if you host your pre-local as an invitational instead of an open bracket local, it technically does. LumiRank patched this loophole with an amendment to the rules a while back, but because Litvitational 3 was announced before the rule was, it still counts for rankings. Should be the last one, though.

Invitationals now fall under pre-local rules yes, but litvitational would still count, as there's a rule that prelocal tournaments count if they're within one tier of the main tournament. Litvitational goes further and is the same tier as cirque, funnily enough, so it still counts.
