I love the costumes so much!!! The vivid postures and facial expressions. I laughed when the Devatas borrowed the Giant's magic finger to pick their noses!! Lolzz...the gods really have good sense of humor up there.... :D PS: I love how the Thai friends like this dance too. Thank from Cambodia.

Fabulous! I hope this show comes the San Francisco area some time! I don't have a Reamkear to check with, but it looks similar to the story of Nontok in the Ramakien. (Nontok's job was to wash the feet of all going up Mount Meru to talk to Siva. Everybody teased and abused him, so he asked for the boon of a diamond finger, which would kill anyone he pointed it at. He went on a killing spree and had to be subdued by Vishnu in apsaras form. (cont'd)

Many of us Cambodian-Americans do not have the privilege to witness these dances at the places you've toured and performed at for various reasons. I, as someone who want to see more, urge you to please do so. Many of us read about you in online articles, but we've never seen much. And I am greatly pleased with the quality of your performances. @mpackman She enticed him to dance along with her, and he eagerly did so, mirroring every move. She then pointed her fingers at her knees. When he did the same thing, he broke his own legs. When he complained that it wasn't fair for a four-armed god to fight a two-armed adversary, Vishnu made a deal that in his next birth, he would incarnate as a two-armed mortal and defeat Nontok's 20-armed incarnation. Thus, the battle between Ream and Reap/Rama and Ravana. Does the Khmer version have this?
