sure...without sounding ugly, Roger is/was Supertramp? I mean its his voice and he wrote everything, the others are expendable. Never mind that he made them all rich. Unless there were contracts and legal docs, he can do what he likes with the songs now...and is

There are maybe 50 songs that, through the last 67 years (okay, since I was 15 - so 52 years) have helped me survive. That have helped to explain to myself what I was feeling; what I was going through. This is one of them.

when we were young the land was respected,,, I was taught but never knew their is a code to environment,, the sun ,,the water,,you will all have a lush garden if you let the rain water work as intended,, do you not see it when we spin into the sun that dawn,, the sun comes in at an angle below gthe clouds, its so beautiful,,,,, why are you all not understanding your own well being!

holy crap the lyrics to this song. He captured the difference between who you are and who you are expected to be. There is a quote I read somewhere that said "When I was young I thought about art and philosophy. Now I am 35 and all I think about is money."
