I love that there seems to be a place for everyone to have tea in London no matter what your preferences. The area around you was so busy. I thought you did such a great job with this video because all the comings and goings would have driven me crazy! The apple dessert was so pretty and sounded delicious.

This is great. The only thing I found a little disappointing was the limit on the patisseries, but I guess it's not so bad if they're bigger. I was so curious about afternoon tea at The Londoner and you're basically the only person who will do quality detailed videos about teas that aren't the famous places. One thing I wish you'd do is show what the takeaway bags and boxes are like. I'm really curious about places like the Mandarin Oriental, Grosvenor House and both teas available at The Berkeley.

I use a timer for anything but black tea; I just wing it. So I landed on your channel because I was curious to know if Peggy Porschen was good enough to stop at for my first trip to London; then I just dived down the rabbit hole because I want to know about ALL the teas in London 😂

Thank you for a lovely afternoon tea, (wish I was there!) I'm the same with caffeine, nothing for me after 2 small cups of coffee. I brew my herbal teas for about 8 mins as i do like a strong flavour, especially the fruit ones.

I have never used a timer to steep the tea. I do pour a small sample to see if the color shows it to be fully steeped. Sometimes, I have to let it sit a bit longer, but I seem to rather know when it is just perfect, as experience is the best teacher. Herbal teas or tisanes, mainly hibiscus, my favorite, does take a few minutes longer, and I like to add just aa bit of sweetener, as hibiscus is like drinking raspberry juice; it has that flavor.
