I was in that area in June 1996. It was lot of snow and ice. Never made to the top cause was too late for day time and had to give up but I hadn't seen any lookout from my POV.

You can’t get a permit to fly a drone. The area is within the Boulder River Wilderness and flying drones is illegal. In fact this submission should be taken down by KZbin as it promotes illegal activities.
