“Let the lonely in to take my heart again” - It’s almost been a year and I’m still depressed…. I also suffer from anxiety, I have epilepsy and grew up with 9 years of seizures. My brain almost killed me, my life is just a mess. I feel like my depression is slowly winning and it even makes me believe that self harm is a way to cope with the pain and that the only way out is to 🔪 myself.
