There's a Vice article that revisited this song a decade later, and they actually think Eminem sang on the breakdown (they speculate that since Samberg hosted the MTV music awards that year, where Eminem agreed to be in on a joke with Sacha Cohen, that he also secretly agreed to sing on this track). Unfortunately, just as they say in the article, if he did sing it was entirely uncredited/in secret.

I'm convinced this song is meant to be like a very weird parody of the Pet Shop Boys (think of their most famous single 'West End Girls' - very similar spoken-word style and imagery of sexual desire and the seedy underbelly of the city). They're speaking all the lines with a very British-English accent. Andy even expertly throws in that 'R' sound that British people do when two vowels run into each other: "I sawr a film". Not only that, but notice how stereotypically British their attire is. (Not when they're playing the DJs, but when they're playing the men with the unfortunate 'jizzing' problem.) They're dressed like a cross between Neil Tennant (Pet Shop Boys singer) and Benedict Cumberbatch in _BBC Sherlock_ !
