Thank you Jason, that’s one of the most moving pieces I’ve seen. Lives that were once lived and loved. Capturing the moment is what we hope to do as photographers and you did just that.

Thank you so much. My wife was with me that day, and when she saw this film it brought a load of emotions through her. Photography is so powerful, and it’s that power and those emotions we get from it that keeps us pushing the shutter.

We can show things as they are or as we want them to be. Photography has the ability to freeze our perception of something and we are left to discern its meaning. I am growing my voice in photography, I wish you the best in growing yours here on youtube, or wherever.

Man that last shot without the house was EPIC! Just OUTSTANDING. I Just got the X-PRO 3 and will be out tomorrow shooting some barns in the TRI-X 400 Recipe. I hope you printed that last shot and framed it, BEAUTIFUL work.

Thanks brother. I actually did print that last shot, 16x24 canvas. Have fun with the X-Pro 3. And have fun with those barns, I had a video of an old barn I shot, but never posted it. Maybe I should.

Jason. I look at that piece of film and I felt the pass of time deep inside my soul. Wow. Very emotional and Beautiful. That’s the meaning of true photography. Capture as it is. Thank you for sharing.

When i look at the image of the tree, its meaningless to me..a stranger….as it doesnt tell me where its taken. Australian outback? Somewhere in Morocco countryside? Somewhere in Africa? My main challenge is to create images that clearly tells the viewer “WHERE’s the place”. The story-telling comes later.,
