God I can relate to the Australian price gouging so much. I studied abroad in Australia and half of my cost was just the housing which was 700aud a week for a room that honestly was barely bigger than my bedroom at home and I couldn't even use an oven or a toaster in it.

hey tyler, for sts 2, i think you should see it as such : it's actually a completely different engine ( from unity to godot, and unity is trash...), also, it suffers from the same issues than enter the gungeon : the game was coded without "expansion" in mind ( so adding new content is probably not very easy and accessible) so in addition to the content, I think a big focus of the sequel is to make it expandable (also the ironclad and silent do have some same cards, but they seem to have new cards too... who knows !)

@OlexaYT it could theoretically work, but it would be kinda rough. Maybe 20 jokers to choose from, 5 for each player. The issue with it would be the general quality of the jokers. Either way, it would be entertaining lmao

I think the beauty of balatro is constantly changing jokers though. It’s not really a proper deckbuilder in that sense. I just think it’d be boring honestly haha

@@OlexaYT that's completely fair, part of the fun is trying to see what joker makes your build work. Swapping them out leads to tough but interesting decisions that simply wouldn't be present if you had all the jokers simply layed out in front of you.
