I also ordered the trade edition but haven't received notice of shipment yet. Does he send his books out with Mylar covers usually or was that special order on your part?

Mine came with the Mylar cover as well. I didn’t order special.

The mylar is standard for this edition, apparently.

Not usually, but some editions have the mylar. I think it’s because the signed editions have a slipcase.

Just got my shipping notice for the numbered/slipcased version today. I’m skeptical to hope on something extra, but I do wonder where the price difference comes from. I suppose we will see soon enough.

It’s a massive price difference for a slipcase and a signature page. That’s what gives wonder…😁

i have hundred of King-books still in shrink-wrapping - here in germany we haven't a problem with mold with books (when the're still wrapped) - The Long Walk looks very beautiful made - but for europeans meanwhile the shipping-costs and the foreign-extra-costs makes the book doubled in price then...

I see people showing off their extras on Facebook too. It seems to be pretty random. If you want, I can send you some that I’ve gotten. If you me at [e-mail] I’ll send you some Centipede dust jackets.

It is random indeed. I’ve had orders that included 5 or 6 jackets and I’ve had months go by with no extras. Sometimes I’ll get a random old book from around Jerad’s house, lol. He just throws things in here and there either as extra packing or because he thinks someone might like it.
