Nice shout out to John Gill and Capt Tracy. Hopefully there is a part 3. Curious to see how this plays out with Starfleet.

Excellent story! Let's just hope that James T. Kirk will be part of her jury at the courts marshall! She might have a hope of getting off that way... (Prime Directive, what's that?) Loved the production values of the shorts. All was very well done. Matched TOS perfectly. Looking forward to seeing more from you guys.

@@hemaccabe4292I agree with 100% some of these people are just so hateful and mean. All they want to do is be mean and hurtful instead of being courtesy for the people doing what they love for free. I doubt these mean people in the comments have did anything at all for something they loved , and care for, especially for free like these people who do the fan films.

@@robertw31968 I don't think Chris is being that nice, but he's not being awful at great length either. Star Trek fans are often not overly blessed with social graces. Mine could still use some fine tuning and I have made some very stupid blunders in the past. I'm trying to give Chris the benefit of the doubt with my short but simple answer as giving the benefit of the doubt is the essential virtue of Star Trek. I also still think they're a good looking bunch bringing this video to the screen 😊.

I am a Star Trek fan and yes I hope there is a sequel to this story I want to see how the Captain makes out at her court martial

As tragic as this episode is, there was very little that the Pegasus captain could have done to influence an alternate outcome. The violation of General Oreder 1 is not negotiable but several captains have violated it along with the Tempral Accords and had managed to only get a slap on the wrist.

The actress playing the captain knows how good she is and is demanding a big pay raise over the millions she already got. If the producers can lure her back from Hollywood stardom...maybe Pt. 3. We'll have to hope. 😀 (Just kidding I know fan films are made for love of Trek & performing not $. But Lezlie is great.)

I think it might have been better if you had a discussion about options and ethics among the senior officers before beaming up the refugees. You have some great actors available and that amazing conference room set. That would set the scene better for the eventual conversation between #1 and the Captain.

It seems that although the prime directive was violated the same apocalyptic ending occurred anyway. And since the survivors sent out a distress signal isn't it required to respond?

I wish these fan films understood that Starfleet was a military organization hence fitness would be a priority the problem many of these fan films have is the fact that is overlooked.
