Personally, I used to love the 'counter scratchers' when I was a clerk. I'd often see them scratch 3 or 4 losers in a row then leave. I'd buy the next ticket or three and it would nearly always be a $2, $5, or $10 winner. Biggest one I got that way was $150. Got a few $50s too
