Concerning Isaiah 57:1-21 The strong's concordance for the word perish is- #5595 to remove, also #5674-to cross over , to transition, also #853 to disappear. So this scripture could have a double ref. for the believer death or rapture.

I truly wish I knew Heaven wasn't pearly Gates and gold streets. I WANT to be with the Lord, but not in a sterile place with no bugs or birds. I guess I love my earth too much?

God took great care in creating this earth. How much more care has He taken in creating Heaven? From what I know of God, we shall want for nothing. We shall not miss anything of this earth. I believe God has the greatest garden waiting for us, including birds and bugs and animals of all kinds. Some areas of heaven may be "sterile" but I'm looking forward to enjoying the areas where the horses hang out! Maranatha!
