I just had a dream, where I was sitting in a church and all of a sudden a sister and her husband from church walks over to me where I was sitting in the congregation and said that I was in danger of hell and that The Lord is warning me, in the dream I was devastated and fearful, then all of sudden I see myself playing with a friends little baby and running around with him, as if I was being distracted and entertained by this baby. When I woke up, I woke up so terrified that I opened the Bible to read and opened to Isaiah 57... and when I read it I knew the Lord was warning me, he has been through many dreams, I keep asking for forgiveness but not repenting turning away from a religious worship.. You see I’m not committing fornication, adultery, worshiping wooden idols, stealing or doing things like this, but I have left my first love, you see a baby represents innocence and In my dream I was chasing it and playing with it, as if being distracted, which in reality I am being distracted playing church, (sitting in the congregation) but watching tv all day, on my cell-phone all day, on KZbin, Facebook, Instagram, shopping (idolatry in the heart) talking to friends on the phone and texting all day, also hanging out with people that are worldly, having worldly conversations, being distracted daily from God with all sort of things that seem innocent (baby) (songs of Solomon 2:15) are leading me away from a true worship toward God, away from devotion toward God! This is a warning to me, brothers and sisters in The Lord I confess to you all, that I have been playing church, having worldly form of religion but my heart cold toward the things of God, I agree with isaiah 57, I have also sinned against you alone Lord, you continues to warm me, but I have been stubborn, I no longer want to be this way, Father God I don’t just want to render just my garments for new one, but please also circumcised my heart, change my heart and cause me to fully and truly repentance and turn away from all devotion to idols in my life! Izikeiel 36:26

Always blessed by these studies in God's Word Jack. We've heard what's going on with the Harvest Crusade and the attacks against Christians in California. You and Greg Laurie and all of the Church are in our prayers. We are Calvary Chapel kids too, but even more part of the body and Bride of Christ. If we understand GOD's character, personality, LOVE, compassion, empathy, and HIS desires for mankind to EXPERIENCE, and learn and enjoy the many blessings and pleasures that we have here on earth... and follow HIS guidelines on how to treat each other, the foods we can eat without getting sick, the proper care of the plants, trees, animals, that HE has given us to enjoy, and the FREE WILL HE allows us to make choices... then we will be able to teach others in the NEW MILLENIUM...

Yes, I know what it feels like to be older, yet even as we are'' wearing out,'' it's most important to know we are spiritually healthy. You Jack, help so many understand what we Followers need to know, I am after all these years, ( perhaps more so the older I get) so grateful the Salvation He has given us, through the greatest offer ever brought. I look back now and then and think... wow!! How awesome is God's love to forgive my sins!! Yes! If I had turned from God prior, even going so far as to deny His existence (I was very into the ancient alien theories, panspermia, universalism etc,. until I began to see that these things could be considered part of 'the deceptions') and have indeed had a luke-warm relationship with Him, that my efforts to repent and change my life at this point be accepted? Honestly, the Rev 12 sign was the catalyst that turned me back towards God. My mind could not wrap around this prophetic event without realizing that if even that one prophesy was real, then ALL of the Bible would correlatively be real. I really think I am trying. I am searching and searching for Biblical information, and making efforts to cleanse my behaviors daily to try and return into God's grace. I don't want to sin. I don't want to smoke and cuss and have mean thoughts about people, or be worldly. I know I fall short constantly, but I don't want to harden my heart to God. I desire a better relationship with Jesus, and to be the best me I can be in His eyes so I may live eternally with Him.

The Bible also says that we will be sleeping our souls will be sleeping our spirits as the breath of Jesus will be back with him but those that have died will be sleeping and then when the Lord comes to sleeping dead and the living will meet him in the sky.

Hi Nisha, Pastor Jack uses the NKJV. He uses other translations for studying, but the primary version he uses, and we study out of as a church is NKJV.
